"We" is the new buzzword in town. "We" is the next generation X and Y. Is that just a fad? Or is there something more profound going on?
What's the difference, that makes the difference, when we compare our youngest generation with the Babyboomers, Generation X and Generation Y? These kids 'own' the power to influence thousands of others. Instantly. Massively. And they do this through gaming, blogging, and connecting through mySpace, Facebook, Twitter etc. They know how to use, hack and leverage these tools in more ways than we can imagine! Whereas only a few years ago, the power to communicate to the masses was a costly privilege in the hands of a few tycoons. What does that mean for us? For our politics? For our business? For our jobs? For our consumer society? A massive shift is taking place. And one of the first places where we'll feel it is the workplace, and in the way we work. In a 20 minute *burst* I'll go into that and explain the systems and dynamics that drive this force. You're invited to join us and learn about the Power of We in Brussels, 19 february 2009 during the Starfish Community Open Business Workshops at The Hub Brussels.
