Interview by Stephan Vanhaverbeke with Danny Sandra on Spiritual Leadership. He introduces himself as a hands-on management consultant, coach and researcher.

Through a series of coincidences and encounters, he became more interested in the fields of spirituality and leadership. In this interview Danny Sandra uncovers the essence of Spiritual Leadership, and how rhythm and resonance play a key factor in achieving it. However, you can not strive for spiritual well-being or to become a spiritual leader. It emerges out of the interaction between (1) a vision/mission, (2) a culture of caring, forgiveness, nonjudgement and compassion, (3) and a sincere and authentic action to fulfill that vision/mission.

He further explains the steps how one can bring a group of people into resonance, and high-performance.

At the end of the interview, Danny points us to some resources for further discovery and personal development.
